We kindly ask you to indicate the level of importance for the aspects of the service listed below, i.e. the degree of relevance you attribute to each topic.
Likewise, we ask you to indicate your level of satisfaction and therefore the perceived quality that these service aspects have been able to generate.

Any suggestions (Section VI) will be very helpful to us: please feel free to share them!

The scale used is 1 – 9 (where 1 represents the lowest level of satisfaction and 9 the highest).
